EVOLUTION TOWER

Evolution Tower is a contemporary multi-storey commercial development located in Limassol’s central business district, designed as a landmark office building with a distinctive architectural form. The project comprises two basement levels, ground floor, mezzanine, and multiple office floors, providing high-quality, flexible workspace environments.

The building utilizes a shear wall–dominated structural system, ensuring efficient lateral load resistance and overall stability. The floor system consists of post-tensioned flat slabs, allowing for longer spans, reduced slab thickness, and open-plan layouts suited to modern office use.

The foundation is formed by a piled raft system, enabling effective load transfer to deeper soil strata while optimizing load sharing between the raft and piles and controlling settlement.

Overall, the project combines structural efficiency with architectural flexibility, delivering a high-performance and well-coordinated design suitable for premium commercial use.
